Likely to continue with the same 2.0 TDI engine.
Speaking to Indian Autos Blog on the sidelines of the new TT launch in New Delhi yesterday, Mr. Joe King, Head of Audi India, confirmed that the brand will launch the 2015 Q3 (facelift) in the first half of this year.
"Next five months we have pretty much got a launch every month", he said when asked about the company's plans for the immediate term. Overall, Audi India will have 10 launches this calendar year, while its main rival, Mercedes-Benz India announced 15 launches for 2015.
The Q3 facelift benefits from Audi's new Singleframe grille, redesigned headlights and bumpers and optional LED lighting. Dynamic turn indicators, similar to those on the A8 facelift, are also part of the optional equipment list.
The Q3 is assembled at Audi India's Aurangabad facility, and the facelifted model will continue to be put together at this plant from CKD kits shipped from Martorell, Spain.
