Features a unique trailer.
Following the announcement last month, the Jeep Renegade Hard Steel concept has been unveiled at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show. FCA's in-house tuner Mopar, created the showpiece based on the Trailhawk version to combine adventure and entertainment using modern technology.
The show car's Brushed Steel exterior is contrasted by matte black grid, hood scoop, roof bars, side rubbing strips, fenders, bumpers and 16-inch alloy wheels. Other notable exterior elements include Mopar grille, black running board, opaque black mirror covers and towbar. There's also a Trailhawk-engraved skid plate and the dark black alloy wheels are shod in larger BF Goodrich All Terrain tyres. The suspension has been raised for extra ruggedness.
The interior carries the theme colour on the glove compartment, gearbox, AC vent frames and speakers. Extra interior embellishments include Frau Century lead-coloured leather upholstery and light grey tone stitching on the seats, the door panels, and the Trailhawk logo on the headrests.
One of the main attractions of the concept is a trailer connected to a tow bar. This trailer features Wi-Fi internet hotspot developed by Mopar, and also a big touchscreen display that shows all the Uconnect Live infotainment system features including Deezer, TuneIn, Reuters, Tom Tom Live, Facebook and Twitter.
