Further additions are the new instrument cluster, cruise control, speed-sensitive door locks and a new steering column. A new multi-information display with a gear-shift indicator and a service reminder feature is new, but some of these have already been available on the more expensive Duster AWD.
Three engines are offered - a 103bhp 1.6-litre petrol motor, and two 1.5-litre diesels, tuned to make 85 bhp and 108.5 bhp. The diesel engines deliver a fuel efficiency of 19.87 km/l and 19.64 km/l respectively.
Along with the ECO mode, which is claimed to be a segment-first, are features cruise control and speed limiter. The company's paid heed to insulation complaints and is promising a quieter cabin in the new model.
