Render based on prototypes.
It's a known fact that Audi is working on the 2nd generation of the R8 supercar, which will share the same platform that underpins the Lamborghini Huracan.
Though we know that Audi's latest design philosophy will influence the next generation R8, there lacks an insight on how it's final design might look like. Based on the prototypes that have been spotted numerous times, Dutch car designer Marco Van Overbeeke has come with a render that gives us a possible look at the next generation R8.
The rendered car's design lines look instantly recognizable, but it finally integrates Audi's hexagonal grille that is found throughout the range, a set of LED headlights and a few design changes.
