No word yet on the production prospect.
The Mitsubishi Outlander PHEV Concept-S presents a special design package for the production Outlander PHEV, at the 2014 Paris Motor Show.
The exterior and interior design follow the "Sporty and Sophisticated" design theme. The design "expresses driving pleasure by delivering powerful and agile driving performance as well as quiet, advanced and high quality driving performance provided by its Twin Motor 4WD and Plug-in Hybrid EV System."
The car's front end is defined by the Three-Diamond mark with bold chrome accented moldings on either side and wraparound headlamps. At the rear chrome accents topped by elongated combination lamps that run from the tailgate to wings is a styling touch that braces the vehicle for better safety. The body color used is the "Platinum White" with glass flake finish.
The interior is done in the "Black & Burgundy" color scheme which has Black woodgrain trim with silver accent, a center console designed and inspired by Japanese traditional black lacquered boxes and soft fine leather that is hand-stitched.
Further enhancing the interior appeal are silver accents and a three-dimensional effect created by the seat upholstery.
