Update: Honda has published images of the white instrument cluster on its website.
Both cars get a new color.
Honda Cars India will introduce minor changes on its entry-level models, the Brio and Amaze. Following are the changes listed out by a Team BHP member.
Honda Brio
- New wing mirrors from the 2014 City
- Replacement of the 'Energetic Blue' colour with a new 'Majestic Blue' shade
- Combimeter (Instrument cluster) to get white illumination, blue gradation and white pointer for EX and S trims
- Double horn for the S trim
- S trim loses out on front and rear mudguards, and seat-back pocket
- Tachometer deleted on base E variant, and door center sash tape deleted on EX trim
Honda Amaze
- New wing mirrors from the 2014 City
- Replacement of the 'Crystal Black Pearl' colour with a new 'Golden Brown' shade
- Combimeter (Instrument cluster) to get white illumination, blue gradation and white pointer for EX, S and VX trims
- Double horn for the S trim
- Tachometer, rear grab rails and door center sash tape deleted on base E variant
The cars will not see any mechanical changes. The Brio and Amaze are offered with the 1.2-liter i-VTEC petrol engine producing 88 PS (86.76 bhp) and 109 Nm of torque, paired to a 5-speed manual or automatic transmission. The Amaze can also be had with the 1.5-liter i-DTEC diesel motor making 100 PS (98.59 bhp) and 200 Nm of torque, matched to a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The updated Brio and Amaze are likely to be at the dealerships in the days ahead.
