thanks for using the words ‘minor-changes’ instead of ‘minor-upgrades’.. honda is actually downgrading the cars.. mirrors from city is actually cost reduction for honda.. all honda is trying to do is increase its profit margin by component sharing.. i just hope they dont say ‘all-new brio’ and ‘all-new amaze’ when they bring these changes..

oh is it Joy. surprised… i was looking to opt for Amaze and liked the ‘golden brown’ colour provided in honda city. hence was waiting for the change along with new ‘city-like’ mirrors.never knew it was cheaper than amaze.

Hi Khamboj. I dont think Joy meant the City-like mirrors are actually cheaper. He meant to say that since now Amaze will also use City-like mirror, it will actually result in lesser cost for Honda due to greater part-sharing 🙂

Actually Honda can do one very important part sharing which not only result in more profits for company but will have more impact in market.
They can easily change the front of Honda City just like brio/amaze/mobilio. All four cars can have same headlights and design with identical bumpers with only minor alterations in grills. Imagine all four cars parked side by side on a slot. You looking at front of all cars and guessing which car is which model? Confused or enthu in guessing the right model? LOL.
Honda will be having policy——one car-different models-just keep guessing the models. LOL.
