The Dacia Duster Air special edition has been showcased at the ongoing 2014 Paris Motor Show.
The special edition of the compact crossover can be identified by means of altimeter body graphics that is inspired by aviation. Front and rear skid plates, ORVM covers finished in Imperial Yellow, tinted rear windows and a dark-tone finished 16-inch alloy wheels are the other exclusive elements of the Duster Air.
The cabin gets a special upholstery with contrast yellow stitching and embroidered motifs. The interior is trimmed in black, complete with altimeter graphics.
The Duster Air special edition is available in both petrol and diesel variants. The 1.2-litre TCe turbocharged petrol motor generates 125 PS while the familiar 1.5-litre dCi (K9K) puts out 110 PS. The diesel variant is available with 4WD system while the petrol variant can only be had in FWD configuration.
The Dacia Duster Air edition starts at 16,200 euros (INR 12.58 lakhs). Order books in Europe are open from today. The Duster Air is expected to be sold in limited numbers although the company hasn't revealed any details in this regard.
