Reportedly launching on October 15.
The Toyota Etios facelift which has managed to stay under the radar so far has been spied by Gaadiwaadi which also reports that launch of the refreshed sedan/hatchback duo is scheduled on October 15.
The prominent chrome insert on the smiley grille is the only noticeable change in the updated car. The design of the wing mirrors have been revised and they now come with integrated blinkers.
The rest of the sedan continues untouched including the front and rear bumpers. The Etios Liva hatchback is also expected to undergo similar changes.
Changes to the inside come in the form of better seat fabrics and door trims. The sedan adopts a dual-tone beige color theme with faux-wooden and chrome accents.
In terms of equipment, the driver side airbag is reported to be a standard feature while the top-end trim which was spotted is equipped with electrically adjustable ORVMs and factory-fitted reverse parking sensors.
Given that it's a mild facelift, no changes are expected under the skin. The Etios sedan is powered by a 1.5-litre petrol engine putting out 90 PS (88.7 bhp) and 132 Nm of torque and a 1.4-litre diesel motor capable of 68 PS (67.04 bhp) and 170 Nm of torque.
