When viewed head-on, there is nothing common between the Grande Punto and the Punto Evo. The teardrop headlamps and low-slung narrow nose have been replaced by larger stretched back headlamps and chrome-lined front grille with black honeycomb meshing. The bumper is also new complete with chrome finished foglight enclosures.

The only changes to the side are updated wing mirrors with LED blinkers and new alloy wheels.

On the rear, the new top-end variant, the Punto Evo Sport, comes with a roof mounted spoiler. The combination lights on all variants retain the shape but internal detailing is revamped. The outer edge is lined with LED tubing while the inner side gets clear lens bulbs for turn indicators. The new rear bumper features a chrome insert which houses the rear foglight and reverse light.

Interiors are welcome. Exteriors on old one are much better. Fiat trying to do too many changes on just bumpers. Looking odd. They could have come up with completely new look in next-gen punto a year later. Now we have to survive this odd-looking Evo for 3-4 years more till next-gen model. India-specific models (avventura along with few models from other makers) are joke. Clearly they can’t win outside. Many makers are taking Indian customers for granted. They will have to repent later.

Agree with you…GM is the one top contender to take Indian market for granted. Why do they sell Chevy Tavera?????
