Report – Fiat Punto Evo (facelift) brochure leak reveals variant lineup

As the Fiat Punto Evo is getting ready for its launch, the facelifted hatchback’s brochure has surfaced on Myfiatworld.in. The leaked brochure throws light on the Punto Evo’s variant lineup and equipment levels.
As expected, the existing powertrain options have been retained. The 1.2-litre petrol engine is available in Active and Dynamic trims while the top-end 1.4-litre petrol engine is offered in the Emotion trim. The diesel Active, Dynamic and Emotion variants are powered by the 76 PS (74.9 bhp) version of the 1.3-litre MultiJet motor while the new top-end variant called Sport gets the 93 PS (90 bhp) version.
In terms of equipment, the entry level Active variant comes with features such as central locking, immobilizer, front power windows with delay and auto down function, follow me headlamps, blinkers on ORVMs, rear foglamps, dual-tone dashboard, tilt steering, etc.
The mid-level Dynamic carries forward the features of the Active in addition to height adjustable driver seat and front seatbelts, ABS with EBD (only in diesel version), fabric inserts on door pads, foldable key, electrically adjustable ORVMs with body colored caps, boot lamp, rear power windows and audio system with USB, Aux-in and speed sensitive volume control.
The Emotion adds dual front airbags, seatbelts with pre-tensioners and load limiters, chrome door handles, front foglamps, ambient lighting, automatic climate control with rear AC vent, leather wrapped steering wheel and gear knob, rear windshield washer and wiper, audio system with Blue & Me, voice recognition, SMS readout and steering mounted audio controls and 15-inch alloy wheels.
The top-end Sport which is available only with the 90 bhp diesel engine gets an all-black dashboard, rear spoiler and 16-inch alloy wheels.
The Punto Evo offers seven exterior color options – Glitterati Gold, Magnesio Grey, Exoctica Red, Minimal Grey, Hip Hop Black, Vocal White and Tuscan Wine.
