The Celerio in Nepal will be sold by CG MotoCorp, the company's authorized distributor for that region. According to a report, the Celerio will be sold with both transmission options (5-speed manual and automated manual transmission) in Nepal. The engine powering the car is the same as the Indian model. The 1.0-liter three-cylinder K-Series motor produces 68 PS and 90 Nm of torque. The ARAI-rated fuel efficiency stands at 23.1 km/l.

The Celerio comes in four trim options in India - LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi Option, and the AMT system is seen only on the base LXi and VXi trims. Features such as dual front airbags with ABS and EBD, a music system with steering integrated controls and alloy wheels are reserved to the top-end variant.
