GM India has launched the first anniversary edition of the Chevrolet Enjoy MPV. There are no mechanical changes in this limited edition vehicle.
Since its launch in May last year, 20,000 units of the Enjoy has been sold, says the company. The 1st Anniversary Edition will get a limited run and it gets a choice of 7 and 8 seats, along with an accessories package.
The Anniversary Edition offers free accessories on both the exterior and interior with exclusive badging. The exterior enhancements include a chrome kit for the headlamps, tail lamp, door handles and tailgate apart from roof rails, side body decals, OSRVM blinkers (not installed on this dealer car) and chrome license plate garnish. Wooden dashboard trims have also been added to the interiors.
The rear wheel drive MPV is powered by a 1.3-litre turbocharged DOHC diesel engine producing 74.8 PS @ 4,000 rpm and a 1.4-litre SMARTECH petrol engine producing 100.2 PS @ 6,000 rpm. While the diesel engine makes a peak torque of 172.5 Nm at 1,750 rpm, the petrol engine makes 131 Nm at 4,400 rpm. Both engines are mated to a five-speed manual gearbox.
The vehicle measures 4,305 mm in length, 1,680 mm in width, 1,750 mm in height and has a 2,720 mm wheelbase.
