Land Rover has announced that it will launch two new distinctive option packs called the Black Pack and Silver Pack for the Defender at the Geneva Motor Show which begins on March 4.
The Black Pack features a Santorini black finish which is applied to the roof, grille, grille surround, headlamp surrounds, wheel arches, and ‘Defender’ script on the bonnet as well as on the interior fascia.
Other add-ons available as standard include Privacy glass, ebony Alston headliner along with a choice of a gloss black Sawtooth alloy wheels or the new gloss black heavy duty wheels.
The Silver Pack gets a bright Indus silver finish to the contrast roof and the same is seen on the grille surround, headlamp surrounds and fascia. Dual finish alloy wheels come standard along with bright tail and indicator lights.
Apart from these packs, all Defender variants can be optionally fitted with side runners in a new aluminium finish, contrast finish leather seats, ebony Alston headliner and privacy glass. From 2015 all UK and European specification Defenders will have ABS with Electronic Traction Control (ETC) and DSC as standard.
A new body colour, Yulong White, will also be introduced across the 2015 Defender range model.
