Hi APN R and other Indian Autos Blog readers,

We believe this needs to be clarified. The Santa Fe launched today indeed is a 7-seater 3-row variant. The confusion lies here. Hyundai introduced the 7-seater, 3-row version of the Santa Fe called Grand Santa Fe last year (http://indianautosblog.com/2013/03/geneva-line-hyundai-grand-santa-fe-66296). This is LHD specific. The regular Santa Fe launched in india though still gets seven seats.

Fortuner is an overpriced car. It don’t have all wheel disc brakes and have only two airbags. It’s ok if it price under 20 lakhs.

The top end model is close to 30 lakhs which is high and unreasonable for a hyundai instead the price should be around 25 lakhs and the base model around 21 lakhs
