More spyshots of the Mahindra Mojo are now available thanks to Auto Column. Mahindra's designers have redone the fuel tank of the naked bike, and though there is a considerable amount of camouflage, the tank looks taller in profile compared to the show bike that was unveiled at the 2012 Auto Expo.
If the production Mojo is to sport the same specifications as the bike that came to the Auto Expo two years ago, the power and torque outputs will be in the region of 25.8 bhp and 25 Nm respectively. Producing these figures will be the job of a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, four-stroke 292 cc engine mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
The Mojo seen here is equipped with front and rear disc brakes, and the front disc is reported to be a 320 mm unit. Providing plentiful grip will be the job of Pirelli Sport Demon tires (seen on this prototype), while the rims sport a twin five-spoke design.
The production-spec Mojo is expected to be revealed at the Auto Expo, which commences in the first week of February. Apart from the Mojo, Mahindra Two-Wheelers have confirmed that they will launch ten new products in the next two years, with an average new product launch every 3-4 months.
