VW India has launched the Jetta facelift today. As Indian Autos Blog reported first, the facelifted VW Jetta sees the addition of LED daytime running lights, and features such as Xenon headlights and headlamp washers have been added on the top-end Highline variant.
The base Trendline and Comfortline variants see the addition of a new alloy wheel design called 'Sedona'. This is as far as the exterior changes go. Inside, all variants of the refreshed Jetta feature dual-zone automatic climate control as part of the standard equipment.
Mechanically, the refreshed Jetta remains unchanged and the 1.4-liter TSI and 2.0-liter TDI continue as engine options. While the petrol is only available with a 6-speed manual transmission, the diesel gets options of a 6-speed manual and DSG transmissions.
Prices for the Jetta facelift range from INR 13.7 lakhs for the base 1.4-liter TSI to INR 19.43 lakhs for the top-end 2.0-liter TDI DSG.
Note: Prices are ex-Showroom, New Delhi.
