The Skoda Fabia Fresh Special Edition has launched in Europe.
The Fabia Fresh Edition gets a few additional features without any cosmetic changes. For instance, projector headlights come standard. Inside, you can have seats covered in 'Fresh Blue' or 'Fresh Grey' covers and Skoda is offering a single tone Onyx dashboard. A climatronic air-conditioning system is also standard.
The Fresh Edition gets tinted SunSet windows that have a darker tint for the rear windows. Skoda say this ensures occupant privacy and protects direct sunlight from breaching the cabin. 15-inch 'Rotare' alloy wheels completes the list of additional equipment.
The Fresh edition can be had in a choice of 12 engine options. These range from a 1.2-liter petrol outputting 60PS or 69PS, a 1.4-liter petrol with 86PS, 1.2 TSI with 86PS and 105PS, 1.2 and 1.6-liter diesel engines. Choices of manual and DSG transmissions are available on some of these engines.
While the images show the Fresh edition in a 'Lava Blue Metallic' color, you're free to choose from 14 exterior shades.
In recent times, the Czech manufacturer has resorted to a lot of these special or limited edition variants in a bid to boost sales of the Fabia which is nearing the end of its lifecycle. An all-new Fabia will be on the market next year.
A price announcement has not been made for the Fresh edition.
