The Hyundai Grand i10 which launches on September 3rd is being spied without its camouflage almost everyday. Today we find that the brochure revealing all the details has also been leaked by our friends at CarSizzler.

The Grand i10 measures 3,765mm in length, 1,660mm in width, 1,520mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,425mm. The 1.2-liter Kappa2 petrol produces 83PS at 6,000rpm and 11.6kgm of torque at 4,000rpm, while the 1.1-liter U2 diesel produces 71PS and 16.3kgm of torque.

What is surprising is that the brochure makes no mention about the 4-speed automatic transmission otherwise seen on the current i10 and i20.

Hyundai i10’s brochure added for comparison of specifications.

The Grand i10 would be offered in 8 exterior color choices – Wine Red, Phantom Black, Stardust, Golden Orange, Silky Beige, Pure White, Twilight Blue and Sleek Silver. Interiors of the Grand i10 would be a two-tone beige and black combination which is standard across all variants.

Five variants would be offered namely Era, Magna, Sportz, Asta and Asta (O). The diesel engine will be available in all these variants as would the petrol. Alloy wheels will be offered only on the Asta and the Asta (O) while ABS and dual front airbags are available only on the top-end variant.

All variants get a manual aircon while the top three variants get rear aircon vents in addition.

i have seen the brochure and its not for grand i10 because it says max power for diesel is 69 ps and engine is 4 cyl engine which is wrong and many points are wrongly written in brochure such as not mentioned rear AC vents anywhere in it…

best way is to wait for 1 more day and see what this car can offer..

    1. Hi Swanand, the diesel engine is mentioned a 3-cyl in the brochure, not a 4-cyl.

Surprised to see that no airbags and abs are being offered on the lower variants. Hyundai could have offered a driver side airbag in the sportz variant (just like the i20). Waiting for the prices. Hope they price the top variant well.
