The Citroën C-Cactus is a hybrid concept car that premiered at the Frankfurt Motor Show of 2007. Since the unveiling, we haven't had further updates to report, and majority of the media reports on Citroen have been on the mounting losses and their backtracking of plans to invest in India.
The C-lineup (C1, C3, etc), according to media reports, would turn into Citroen's budget carline in the coming years, and the styling direction of the low cost series would be previewed by a new concept at the Frankfurt Motor Show next month.

While Citroen hasn't confirmed any of these media claims, a teaser video uploaded to their Youtube channel a few hours ago suggests that something is planned for the Frankfurt show. The vehicle in question is the 'New Citroen Cactus' but that's about all we know today.
Perhaps only Citroen brand experts can tell us what 'Airbump' means.
The tagline used in the teaser is "Touch Me" perhaps signifying a touch-sensitive infotainment system or a car that responds to touch? We have more questions than answers at this juncture.
