We have been closely following the progress of the 2014 Ssangyong Korando C. After showing numerous spyshots we bring you the brochure scan of the soon to be launched car.
The facelift exercise has certainly improved the appeal of the Korando C. The compact 5-seater SUV sports an entirely new front fascia which is sharper than before. The new headlamps, grill and bumper along with a new Ssangyong logo lends it a much more upmarket look. At the rear, the taillights get redone.
The brochure scan is in Korean but we shall attempt to decipher as much detail as possible. To start with, the Korando C facelift is available in seven exterior color options - Grand White, Pearl White, Cosmic Blue, Sunrise Red, Space Black, Carbonic Grey and Silent Silver. There are three alloy wheel designs to choose from.
The dashboard design has also been improved with a completely new central console and instrument cluster. Ssangyong offers three interior trim options.
The 2.0 litre diesel engine exists in two states of tune - 149bhp 175bhp. It can be paired to a 6-speed manual or an automatic transmission.
The brochure leak suggests that the 2014 Ssangyong Korando C could be launched anytime from now. Can we expect to see it at the Frankfurt Motor Show?
