As much as we would love to get our hands the facelifted Fiesta, Ford India has made it amply clear that they have no plans to launch it in India anytime soon.

However, our friends from China do not have to wait for it.

Ford will showcase the facelifted Fiesta at the Guangzhou Auto Show where it was lauded by the Chinese media and masses. The Fiesta is the second most popular Ford in China after the Focus and thus is a very important product for Ford China.

The updates to the Fiesta are purely cosmetic to bring the product in line with the modern Fords (EcoSport and Mondeo/Fusion). It features a trapezoidal grille, restyled headlamps and the sculpted hood in the front. The rear features a restyled bumper, reshaped stop light sporting new detailing, new addition in the form of linked reflectors on the bumper for better safety and a reshaped registration plate enclosure.
