The 2012 Fiat Palio (codenamed Project 326) has been under testing since ages. We got you a spy video of the Palio way back in October 2010. Countless renderings later, we have some more spy pics for you straight from Brazil. The new Palio is a little larger than the current one and gets more sophisticated styling.
The guy who took the spyshots tells us that up front, the headlights will be similar to the Punto while the grille and radiator vent will be different.
The waist line is high as in the Punto. At the rear, the lamps start thin at the top and round up at the bottom.
Early estimate suggest that the hatch will have the engine option of Fire EVO 1.4 and 1.6 16V E.torQ.
The Novo Palio should be release internationally around May-June 2011. We’re hopeful of Fiat bringing this model to India after the international debut.

Ahh .. one more try in Indian market. I believe they should do something drastically to improve the Indian car buyer mind. I don’t think Tata’s tie-up yielded better results for them.
Why don’t they go back to their old partner, who did fairly well with Fiat 1100 and Padmini or they have to increase their service locations or they can tie-up with car-nation kind of reputed chains. Otherwise however their car is superier than others, that would be killed in our market without any mercy..
