Sources close to Maruti Suzuki tell Indian Autos Blog that the company is planning back to back launches in February. The first launch will be Kizashi, which arrives on February 2, and second is the SX4 Diesel scheduled on the 17th or 18th of February.
The SX4 diesel is expected with the 1.3-liter Multi-jet engine with a VGT (Variable Geometry Turbocharger). This is the same engine fitted on the Fiat Linea and Tata Indigo Manza.
Power output is said to be in the 90-95bhp range, while fuel economy, atypical a Maruti, will be in the range of 16-20kmpl.

I see the SX4 HB in Shanghai, it is much better looking than the Sedan version. Is there any plans from Maruti to launch SX4 HB in India?
