The Toyota Corolla Diesel would be priced between 10.95 to 13.75 lakh Rupees (ex-showroom Delhi). This is an incredibly competitive price for the diesel Corolla Altis and the car is sure to give its competition a serious run for their money.
The Toyota Corolla Altis diesel comes with a 1.4 liter D-4D common rail engine that pumps out 88.4 PS and 205 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 6-speed manual transmission. The diesel Corolla is incredibly efficient and is certified to return 21.43 kmpl by ARAI.
The car doesn’t look drastically different from the petrol version but for the sporty mesh grille. The company claims that there have been a few tweaks to make the car more aerodynamic. The Corolla Altis Diesel would be offered in seven body colors.
