Tata Indica Vista EV

Thanks to the tardiness of the British authorities, the Tata Indica Vista EV is having to put up with battles even before its introduction in the U.K. In Europe however, things are just the opposite.

Tata Motors plans to begin selling the Indica Vista EV next year in Spain during the month of August, and prices will start at 24,000 Euros.

The lithium ion batteries and electric motor on the Vista EV extend a maximum power of 75 hp. It is coupled to an automatic transmission that helps it reach a top speed of 110kph. The Vista’s acceleration is not in the space shuttle territory, but a time period of 9 sec for 0-50 kph is adequate within city limits.

And should you plan on taking the kids out on the weekend, the 200 km range would give you the freedom. The 2.50 metre electric cable allows you to recharge wherever the facility is installed.

The Indica Vista EV will have comforts like power windows, air conditioning, MP3 player, central locking, etc. Also what will come in handy in the city is the power steering and an indicator that shows the efficiency of your driving.
