VW Polo sedan

The VW Polo manufacturing at the Pune plant in 2010 is old news. A sedan based on the new Polo hatchback scheduled to be displayed at the Delhi Auto Expo next year is recent, while Roberto’s rendering of the car is unknown to many.

The VW Polo sedan will fit into the sedan group comprising of Tata’s new Indigo, Suzuki’s Swift Dzire, Ford’s new Fiesta and Renault’s refreshed Logan.

The sedan will be made available with a spread of diesel and petrol engines. No test mules have been caught in India, but something tells me it will be shortly.
