The year long wait is finally over. Tata Nano has been officially launched at The Taj Mahal Palace & Tower in Mumbai today at 4:30PM IST.
- Three Tata Nano variants launched
- Sale of booking forms from start of April 2009
- Cost of application form – Rs.300
- Booking forms available at centers across 1000 cities
- First 1 Lakh customers will be selected on the basis of Lot
- Delivery to start from July 2009
- State Bank of India to offer loans and to be the exclusive partner for bookings and financial management
- To be offered for a down payment of Rs.2999
- Online booking through Internet Banking
