Steps for Weight Reduction:

Selection of rack and pinion steering gear mechanism over standard direct link pitman arm gear, which requires more linkages and heavier mounting.A refined roll cage along with space liberation and integrated mountings without compromising safety of the driver.Lighter firewall meeting the safety requirements.

Vehicle Specialty:

Customized suspension to give stability and effective shock absorption over the rough terrain.Large tires giving adequate ground clearance and traction over the rough terrain along with special ATV treads.Use of  auxiliary transmission system to increase the starting torque to compensate the use of large and heavy tires.Driver comfort considering the ergonomic standards and adequate space for free movement.
