The Mahindra Marazzo is in its final phase of testing ahead of launch next month. YouTube user Vasaikar Uttam has posted a spy video of the new MPV, revealing its top-end features.

The Mahindra Marazzo in the spy video is in the top-of-the-line configuration, featuring projector headlamps, chrome front grille insert, LED daytime running lights, dual-tone alloy wheels, most likely 16-inchers, and LED tail lights.

Inside, Mahindra will offer features like dual-tone piano black dashboard with pearl white and chrome finish, purple-themed instrument cluster with 3D light guides, automatic climate control, leatherette seats, touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and industry-first roof AC with Surround Cool Technology.

The Mahindra Marazzo is underpinned by an all-new platform and has the largest footprint (wheelbase x front track) of any Mahindra vehicle. It will debut a newly developed 1.5-litre diesel engine that will likely develop around 121 hp and 300 Nm of torque. This engine will send power to the wheels via a standard 6-speed manual transmission. A petrol engine option will follow later.

In price positioning, we expect that the Mahindra Marazzo will slot between the Maruti Ertiga and Toyota Innova Crysta. Mahindra will offer it in 7- and 8-seat versions, with prices starting likely starting under INR 10 lakh (ex-showroom). The company has confirmed that it will continue selling the Xylo post the Marazzo launch, as both models target a different set of customers. The Xylo is doing about 600-700 units/month.
