16 Moto Performance has customized the Royal Enfield Classic 350 to look like a Harley Davidson Fat Boy.

Apart from the chassis, engine and front suspension, all other parts on the bike seem to be custom built. 16 Moto Performance has successfully transformed the motorcycle to look like an American cruiser. The custom cruiser features a huge fuel tank that is reminiscent of the HD Fat Boy, while the LED headlamps and the wide handlebar add to the bike’s appeal.

The custom Royal Enfield features a custom red, silver, and black metallic paint scheme, and twin exhaust canisters. The front and rear fenders, side panels and all the mountings are hand-crafted in-house by 16 Moto Performance. The modified Royal Enfield Classic 350 gets a quilted seat and a custom backrest, which offers a comfortable ride. The bike receives metal ‘Lakester’ wheels at both the ends that get black and silver paint scheme.

The modified Classic 350 features aftermarket LED fog lights, indicators, and taillights, while the motorcycle also gets a faux radiator and Harley-Davidson style oval engine cover. The engine, chassis, suspension, and exhaust get matte black paint scheme. The triple clamp and handlebar mounts are custom-built as well.

The modified Royal Enfield Classic 350 sources power from a 346 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that uses carburetted fuelling. The engine is tuned to produce 19.8 bhp of maximum power at 5,250 rpm and 28 Nm of peak torque at 4,000 rpm. A 5-speed gearbox feeds power to rear wheel via a chain drive. The stock model features a 280 mm front disc brake and a 153 mm rear drum brake. However, the modified motorcycle gets a Thunderbird 350 sourced rear disc brake and swingarm.
