The Range Rover Evoque arrived in 2010 as the new entry-level Range Rover, and it will reach the end of its lifecycle by around 2019. Autocar has created a rendering show how the 2019 Range Rover Evoque may look like.

The 2019 Range Rover Evoque in the rendering borrows cues from the Range Rover Velar.

The rendering previews an evolutionary design for the next-gen Range Rover Evoque. Land Rover’s luxurious baby SUV retains its coupe-styled body and gains fresh styling with input from the Range Rover Velar in the rendering. Its new radiator grille, headlamps, central air intake, bumper, air inlets and greenhouse are inspired by those of the Range Rover Velar. The current Evoque is available in 3-door, 5-door and convertible versions. The body styles planned for the next-gen Evoque are currently unknown. Inside, the latest technology JLR has to offer, including the TouchPro Duo infotainment system, should make it to the compact SUV.

Land Rover has started working on the next-gen Range Rover Evoque. An early prototype was spotted on the roads earlier this year. The test mule's widened track and new rear chassis components hinted that the next-gen Range Rover Evoque would ride on a new, larger platform that allows for a more spacious cabin. The redesigned Evoque’s platform will have compatibility for JLR’s latest Ingenium four-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. Land Rover will offer a plug-in hybrid variant having a three-cylinder petrol engine and an electric motor this time.
