The Suzuki Xbee is based on the Suzuki Hustler that was launched in January 2014. Pronounced “cross-bee”, the concept crossover wagon differs from the Hustler with minor styling changes to the front grille, bumpers, headlamps and tail lamps. In addition, it also has new ORVMs likely with integrated blind spot camera, and a more forward-leaning C-pillar. Inside, the difference is further evident, especially when looking at the newly-designed instrument cluster, three-spoke steering wheel, central display layout and Suzuki Inis-like climate control panel.

The Suzuki Xbee is 3,760 mm long, 1,670 mm wide and 1,705 mm tall. Under the hood, the concept crossover wagon has a 1.0-litre turbocharged in-line 3-cylinder engine. A 6-speed automatic transmission sends power to the wheels. Suzuki has equipped the Xbee with a mild-hybrid system for higher efficiency, as well as a 4WD system and a Hill Descent Control system.

The Suzuki Xbee Outdoor Adventure and Suzuki Outdoor Street Adventure concepts follow different styling themes compared to the Suzuki Xbee concept. The Xbee Outdoor Adventure’s exterior and interior match with its close-to-nature theme. The Xbee Street Adventure has a rather funky exterior and interior to appeal people with fashionable and active urban lifestyles.
