The komorebi edition comes in three colours, including the unique Hidamari Ivory Pearl featured in the show car. The manually operated dark brown soft top roof colour-coordinates with the exterior, this helping it stand out. Inside, the S660 komorebi edition has a light tan leather upholstery for the seats and dashboard, and an aluminium plaque beside the gear selector to commemorate the special edition.

No changes have been made under the hood, however. The kei car (a special class of ultrasmall subcompacts) is strapped with a 660 cc, twin-cam, three-cylinder turbocharged unit producing 64 bhp and a peak torque of 104 Nm. The komorebi edition is only available with a CVT, while regular models can be had with a 6-speed manual transmission.
