Tata Tiago Wizz limited edition launched

Tata Motors has launched a special edition Tiago in preparation for the festive season. Christened Tata Tiago Wizz, the new trim sits below the top-spec XZ. It will be sold in limited numbers.

Highlights of the special edition include a dual tone paint scheme and dual tone wheel covers with red accents. It also gets Berry Red grille detailing and roof rails.

As part of the limited edition package, the Tata Tiago Wizz comes with features like a black roof, black ORVM casings and a blacked out B-pillar. Other exterior features include dual tone wheel covers with red accent, Berry Red grille highlights, and roof rails. Cosmetic enhancements to the interior include red accents around the air conditioning vents and new patterned seat fabric. Customers can choose from Pearlescent White and Berry Red colour options.

The Tata Tiago Wizz is based on the mid-level trim of the hatchback. Its equipment list also includes front and rear power windows, remote central locking, multi drive modes, and rear parking sensors. The centre console houses a Harman sourced infotainment system. It supports Bluetooth connectivity, turn by turn navigation, and Juke Car app. The special edition Tiago misses out on alloy wheels, front fog lamps, multifunction steering wheel, dual front airbags, and ABS.

Engine options on offer include the 1.2 L Revotron petrol and 1.05 L Revotorq diesel with max power outputs of 85 PS and 70 PS respectively. The Tata Tiago Wizz is only available with a 5-speed manual transmission option. The diesel has a claimed mileage of 27.28 km/l while the petrol variant returns 23.84 km/l.

Much like the exterior, the interior of the Tata Tiago Wizz also gets Berry Red highlights. It also gets new seat fabric.

The Tata Tiago Wizz is priced at INR 4.52 lakhs for the petrol version and INR 5.30 lakhs for the diesel version (ex – showroom Delhi).

The Tiago has been a major sales driver for Tata since its launch in April last year. This year in April, a year after its launch, Tata revealed that it had received 1 lakh orders for the hatchback. Aside from the petrol and diesel manual variants, the Tiago is also available with a 5-speed AMT paired with the petrol engine.
