Prior to its launch later this month, Tata's Maruti Vitara Brezza & Ford EcoSport challenger was spotted in the basement parking of an IT park in Vashi (Navi Mumbai). The images of the Tata Nexon were shared by a Team BHP member.
The Berry Red & Grey dual-tone Nexon bears temporary Maharashtra registration plates. It could be a customer unit waiting to be delivered or perhaps on trial runs. From the looks of it, this particular unit appears to be the top-end XZ or XZ+ trim. It gets features likes, dual tone paint shade, white ceramic exterior highlights, 16-inch alloys, roof rails and shark fin antenna. Upon closer inspection, the 6.5-inch dashtop touchscreen is also visible.
Tata Nexon bookings have been open unofficially since July 18. Although Tata Motors is yet to announce the official Tata Nexon launch date, the company has confirmed that the launch will take place this month. We expect an aggressive pricing strategy for the Nexon with the base petrol variant starting as low as INR 6.50 lakhs (ex-showroom).
