Prices are rumoured to start from a highly competitive BRL 29,990 (INR 5.84 Lakhs) in Brazil, which undercuts top rivals like the Fiat Mobi (BRL 33,700) and VW Up! (BRL 37,990). It will be available in five variants: Urban, Life, Iconic, Zen and Intense, and attract customers with safety features like ISOFIX child seat anchor points, four airbags and ABS that are standard across the range. Also expected to attract customers are the crossover styling, the spacious cabin, 300+ litre boot capacity, and 7-inch touchscreen display.

Compared to the model sold in India, the Brazil-spec Kwid gets 14-inch gunmetal alloy rims, rear wiper and defogger, body coloured-ORVMs, slightly redesigned centre console with window, door lock and rear defogger buttons located under the touchscreen, and a new instrument cluster with analogue speedometer and tachometer dials, as well as a digital multi-info display. It's also 140 kg heavier, owing to structural reinforcements with increased usage of high-strength steel, making it safer than the Indian Kwid, on paper.
