Honda CB Shine is available with a 4-speed or a 5-speed gearbox.
The Honda CB Shine has emerged as the only 125 cc motorcycle brand in the country to reach the 1 lakh unit sales mark in a single month. The CB Shine and CB Shine SP has helped HMSI register a 54 percent market share in the 125 cc segment.
Sales volume in April 2017 amounted to 100,824 units growing by 51 percent on year on year basis. Last year Honda Shine numbers amounted to 66,691 units. The Honda CB Shine was first launched with Optimax technology in April 2006 and the 10 lakh sales mark was reached in October 2010. The Honda CB Shine became the first 125 cc motorcycle to reach 50 lakh sales milestone in February 2017.

The Honda CB Shine is powered by a 124.73 cc single cylinder mill producing 10.16 bhp of maximum power at 7,500 rpm and 10.30 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm.
The Honda CB Shine has a starting price of INR 56,034 while the Honda CB Shine SP starts at INR 60,914 (both prices ex-showroom, Delhi).
