Bajaj’s electric two-wheeler may draw inspiration from the KTM E-ride models, although the Indian product can be expected to be a road going model and possibly having a longer range. While electric two-wheeler industry in India is still very nascent, Bajaj’s entry can be a significant push.

All three are powered by an electric motor capable of producing 42 Nm of peak torque.

Bajaj has not yet officially confirmed its plans to work on alternate energy. With Bajaj going premium, an electric vehicle based on products like the Bajaj Dominar 400 can be a boon to the segment.
