Suzuki Thailand at the ongoing Thai Motor Expo has launched the Suzuki GSX-S750. Based on the faired GSX-R750, which has been aptly described as the best supersport, the Suzuki GSX-S750 tries to emulate its performance as a street naked. Emerging more powerful than the outgoing version, the bike competes against the Yamaha MT-07 and Triumph Street Triple.

The Suzuki GSX-S750 now gets a traction control with three riding modes - a Sport riding mode with minimum interference, one for balanced control between the man and machine and a third where the traction control has maximum control during treacherous riding conditions. To make life easier for riders in traffic, the bike gets low rpm assist which hinders the engine speed from dropping below the necessary levels. Adding more to the comfort factor is the Suzuki Easy Start System.

The sculpted body has been designed to give it a crouched look, like a predator stalking its prey. The instrumentation is an all digital LCD display with adjustable brightness. Propelling the Suzuki GSX-S750 is a 749 cc inline four cylinder, liquid cooled, DOHC mill churning out 114.21 PS of maximum power at 10,500 rpm and 81 Nm of peak torque at 9,000 rpm coupled with a 6 speed constant mesh gearbox. The bike tips the scale at 213 kg, has a seat height of 820 mm and a ground clearance of 135 mm.
