India-made Maruti Vitara Brezza launched in Nepal

The India-made Suzuki Vitara Brezza (or Maruti Vitara Brezza in India) is now available to book in Nepal via Suzuki Nepal's sales channel CG NXT|GEN. Prices start from NP 35.99 Lakhs, and the sub-4m SUV is available in six variants.

Like the one sold in India, the Vitara Brezza is powered by a 1.3L four-cylinder DDiS diesel engine that produces 90 PS and 200 Nm of torque. It is paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox that sends power to the front wheels. The Vitara Brezza is capable of attaining a fuel efficiency of 24.3 km/L (ARAI certified).

The Vitara Brezza is Maruti's first sub-4m SUV, measuring 3,995 mm in length, 1,790 mm in width, 1,640 mm in height, 2,500 mm in wheelbase and having a ground clearance of 198 mm. In Nepal, rivals to the Vitara Brezza are the Mahindra TUV300 and the Ford EcoSport.

The top-end Vitara Brezza ZDI+ comes with projector headlights, 16-inch alloy wheels, optional dual tone exterior colour, automatic climate control, cruise control, 60:40 split seat, 7-inch SmartPlay touchscreen system with inbuilt navigation, Apple CarPlay support, reverse parking camera and start/stop button.

Driver’s airbag is standard across the range, while front passenger airbag and ABS+EBD is optional in LDi and VDI, and standard in ZDI/ZDI+.
