The Maruti Baleno for Indonesia is likely to be offered with the all new 1.0L Boosterjet engine, which produces 110 hp and 170 Nm of torque in the Euro-spec model. It's unclear if PT Suzuki Indomobil will launch the less powerful 1.2L VVT petrol variant sold in India or the 1.2L Dualjet engine with SHVS featured in the Euro-spec Baleno.

The Baleno spotted in the images seem to be of the top-end variant, as it features chrome-plated door handles with keyless entry buttons, 16 inch alloy wheels, bold chrome bar with integrated parking camera at the back, and a roof spoiler. The Baleno measures 3,995 mm long, 1,500 mm tall, 1,745 mm wide and 2,520 mm in wheelbase.
