Could be rebadged as a Ram pickup truck for U.S.
A Fiat Toro has been spotted testing in the U.S by The Fast Lane Truck. It's not confirmed for sale in the North American market, and is currently exclusive to the Brazilian market.
There have been rumors of the Fiat Toro being rebadged as a RAM since Mike Manley, Head of Jeep and RAM, had expressed interest in introducing a mid-size pick-up truck. It could rival the Honda Ridgeline and Chevrolet Colorado in the segment, and be one of RAM's first unibody pick-up trucks.
The Fiat Toro measures 4,915 mm long, 1,844 mm wide, 1,735 mm tall, has a wheelbase of 2,990 mm and a ground clearance of 206.5 mm. Engine lineup includes a 1.8 16v E-Torq Flex petrol engine and 2.0 16v Multijet turbodiesel. The former produces 138 hp and is paired to a 6-speed automatic gearbox, while the latter delivers 170 hp through a 6-speed manual or a 9-speed automatic gearbox.

The petrol variant is capable of hauling a max payload of 650 kg, while the diesel variant can carry up to a tonne of cargo. A 4×4 drivetrain with low gear option is only available in the diesel variant.
