Will go on sale by September this year.

As spy media of the Bajaj Pulsar CS400 keep pouring in on a regular basis, the latest is a video published on YouTube channel 'Life On Two Wheels'. The spy video gives a rough idea about the exhaust note of the upcoming Pulsar. The Bajaj Pulsar CS400, currently in the final testing phase, has been confirmed by Bajaj Auto President (Business Development & Assurance) S Ravikumar for a launch in Q3 2016 (July-September 2016).

The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 is expected to be powered by a modified version of the KTM Duke 390's engine.

The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 is said to be based on the Bajaj Pulsar RS200's platform. It was previewed in concept form at Auto Expo 2014, and apparently hasn't changed much from the same in terms of appearance in production form. Aside from a minor seat re-design and incorporating a telescopic front suspension in place of the upside-down fork, there are no changes noticed on the production model.

The Bajaj Pulsar CS400 should be powered by a modified version of the KTM Duke 390's 373.2 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. This fuel injected engine could benefit from Bajaj Auto's triple-spark technology and will be linked to a 6-speed transmission. Front and rear disc brakes with dual-channel ABS will provide the stopping power. The Pulsar CS400 is expected to be priced around INR 1.8 lakhs before taxes and other on-road costs.
