Waiting period of 4-5 months.
The Maruti Suzki Vitara Brezza has received a very good response during its first month of sales. Last week, it was reported that the company has received 37,000 bookings for the compact SUV and that there was a waiting period of 4-5 months for its deliveries. Now according to a report from Economic Times, Maruti Suzuki dispatched 5,563 units of the Vitara Brezza last month for deliveries, around just 15% of the bookings.
The Maruti Vitara Brezza is the company's first sub-4 metre SUV. Based on Suzuki's Global C platform, the Vitara Brezza is available only with a Fiat-sourced 1.3-litre DDiS diesel engine that produces 90 PS (89 hp) and 200 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission. ARAI-certified fuel economy rating is 24.3 km/l.

The Maruti Vitara Brezza's highlights include projector headlights with LED daytime running lights, cruise control, dual airbags, ABS with EBD, SmartPlay infotainment system with satellite navigation and Apple CarPlay smartphone integration capability and reversing camera.
