The redesigned headlamps have new LED clusters and include new LED light guides. The upper grille has been made smaller while the lower grille has been enlarged and made full-width. The new bumper is much more aggressive, thanks to the C-shaped endings, while the resculpted bonnet adds more to the elegance.

The chrome strip is much thinner and the taillamps adopt LED clusters. Three new colour choices will be available: Platinum Bronze, Tokyo Red and Earth Bronze.

Safety

Unlike the 2013 Toyota Corolla, the 2016 Toyota Corolla will be available with Toyota's new safety and assistance technologies pack called Toyota Safety Sense. In the Corolla, the Toyota Safety Sense incorporates Pre-Collision System (PCS), Lane Departure Alert (LDA), Road Sign Assist (RSA) and Automatic High Beam (AHB).
