The Infiniti Q70L bears the same design as the Q70, but staying true to the name, has a wheelbase increase of 5.9 inches which translates to more cabin space and legroom for the rear passengers. The front-end gets the signature double-arch grille and LED headlights along with LED DRLs. The fog lamps are integrated into the front bumper and have been accentuated by twin chrome strips. The rear is defined by the LED headlights and a thick chrome strip on the bootlid along with big round tail pipes.

The interior flaunts high quality materials such as handcrafted wood and custom leather. Infiniti says that the whole cockpit is an extension of the driver, and all controls and switches are intuitively located within easy reach. The infotainment system is accessed through a 7-inch color display. The long wheelbase version also comes with added convenience for rear passengers such as heated seats, reading light and 12V power outlet. The automaker also claims that the car is quieter at high speeds owing to added noise insulation materials, stiffening of the wheels and better sealing.
