Boot space is rated at 376 liters and 1,382 liters with rear seats folded.
The engine lineup will include a AvtoVAZ’s own 1.6 liter 16-valve engine with 106 hp, a Renault-sourced 1.6 liter 16-valve with 114 hp, and a 1.8 liter unit with 122 hp at a later time. Transmission options include a 5-speed manual and an AMT unit.
The Lada Xray will spawn a Cross variant, as affirmed by leaked patent images. The model is expected to hit showrooms at the end of 2016 or in early 2017.
