Most of the changes attributed to the mid-cycle facelift are concentrated on the front-end.

Upon first glance, it's clear that the facelifted Pathfinder will be getting a revised front-end, featuring a new grille design with horizontal slats, sleeker headlamps with new clusters, re-profiled front and rear bumpers and an updated taillamp design.

Not much can be said about the interior, as details are scarce. It is likely to have small updates to the infotainment and MID displays, and new interior colors that freshen the cabin.

Under the hood, Car Advice reports that it will retain the current model's engine lineup, which will include a supercharged 2.5-litre four-cylinder petrol hybrid setup and a conventional 3.5-litre V6 petrol variant. The only transmission option is an XTronic CVT option, while a All-Mode 4x4-i Intuitive 4WD system is also offered.
