The new Innova is based on a revised ladder frame chassis that has improved structural rigidity and strength, thus improving its impact protection levels. Other than sharing a small percentage of components, the new Innova shares nothing with the model, in terms of styling and features.

Speaking of which, the 2016 Innova gets features such as LED Projector headlamps, 17 inch alloy rims, chrome inserts for the dual-slate grille, foglamps, new L-shaped taillamps and a shark fin antenna. It measures 4,735 mm in length, 1,830 mm in width, 1,795 mm in height and 2,750 mm in wheelbase.
