A CVT will be available on the petrol variant.

Ahead of its launch on October 26, Maruti Suzuki have started dispatching the Baleno to its NEXA dealerships, which will exclusively sell the premium hatchback. Similar to the S-Cross, buyers will have to visit NEXA outlets, or get in touch with a Maruti dealership who'll forward the purchase to a NEXA outlet. Prior to the launch, Maruti will have at least 80 NEXA outlets up and running.
